Private Meetings and Site Visits

The relationships made from in-person meetings are something that Riverbend client representatives appreciate and value. It’s why they regularly travel thousands of miles. And, it doesn’t matter if your site is a long car ride away, or hours by plane, your representative always looks forward to meeting you.

An often-asked question relates to the whens and whys of client representative travel, and there’s no single answer. Sometimes they travel specifically to meet with a property owner who wants to walk the build site together before starting the design process. Your site visit, for example, could include the client representative first walking your land, discussing your vision, and taking photos for your Riverbend designer or your architect.

Home Planning Seminars

Another reason our dedicated client representatives travel is to host a Home Planning Seminar. Home Planning Seminars are periodically held across Canada and the U.S.. These seminars offer an informative two hours, and are generally attended by people planning to build within three years.

In addition, when client representatives have travel scheduled, Riverbend sends an email to those living, (or considering building), nearby. This provides a convenient opportunity for those interested in a Riverbend home to schedule their own meeting, site visit, or simply chat over a cup of coffee as a casual start to the relationship.

Technology Closes the Gap

Between these in-person visits, our technology gives us the ability to close any distance. When your client representative isn’t available for a personal visit, video conferences, Skype, and virtual reality tools are available*. These tools allow easy communication, almost instant response, and even a “tour” of your home.
