Creating a Relationship

Riverbend strives to be present and actively available for potential, current, and past clients. But, how do we do this when you might be located anywhere from five to 5,000 miles away? There is great value in relationships in any situation, but rarely more so than when it comes to your home. This is why we have many ways in which we create strong relationships with you before you decide to build. Your relationship with Riverbend carries over to your project, and continues long after your home’s completion.

Initial Contact

Your first point of contact will be through your area’s specific client representative. When our client representatives are not regularly traveling to areas near you, they are attending tradeshows or holding seminars and private meetings with people interested in timber frame homes. We also consistently send emails, updating you on Riverbend events all over the U.S. and Canada. This is because we know it’s important that you get in-person interaction with an experienced client representative who understands the unique nature of timber framing, and also your building area. We want you to feel confident in your relationship with Riverbend before you commit to entering your home’s design phase.

Design Process

Once you make the decision to begin designing your timber home, your client representative, and/or your home’s designer, visits your site and walks the land with you. You are also welcome to travel to one of our offices to meet with us and tour our facilities. We understand how important personal contact is. Thus, it shouldn’t come as a surprise if one of your team members drives or hops on a plane to meet you.

Beyond these in-person opportunities, we frequently conduct online meetings with your entire project team. We also utilize video meetings and Virtual Reality (VR) tours*. In fact, our in-house architectural design team regularly creates home designs for clients as far away as Australia, England, and the Mediterranean.

Throughout Your Project

Once your home’s construction is fully underway, your dedicated project manager takes over, caring for your home’s needs and ensuring timelines are met. And, your project manager stays in consistent contact with you through emails, phone calls, and online meetings.
