Your Riverbend team includes:
The in-house client representative is your first point of contact and advocate through the entire process. He will discuss your goals for your timber frame home with you and discuss the whole home cost to build to ensure it is aligned with your budget parameters.
The designer is responsible for the creation of your conceptual plan and construction drawings. Depending on what design pathway you select, he will design your custom home or refine PerfectFit™ Ready-to-Build Plan. Then, he will coordinate the mechanical energy evaluation and drawing schematic, and obtain the third-party engineering stamp.
The project manager dedicated to your project will take over as your primary point of contact once the design is complete. S/he will coordinate your timber home project starting with the fabrication of your timber frame providing a seamless transition from design and manufacturing to installation and shell construction depending on the construction solution you select. S/he will manage your timeline, coordinate with you and your builder during construction, and help you select windows, doors, and other materials at Riverbend’s preferred pricing.
Thanks to our relationship with our parent company, PFB Corporation, Riverbend has access to the premium products manufactured by fellow companies which includes our structural insulated panels (SIPs) and insulated concrete forms (ICFs). These products help us provide highly energy efficient homes that bring the best of timber framing and modern technology together for homes that will last for generations.
All of our timbers are sourced directly from the mills by in-house employees. That’s how Riverbend can ensure that you receive the highest quality timbers for your home. We work with premium timber species like Oak, Douglas Fir, or others to provide you with the best look and value for your home. That means every timber that goes into your home is a reflection of our company and our values. You can see the pride in our work in every beam and truss of your timber frame home.
