Your Team

Your first point of contact is your client representative. This individual becomes your advocate until the day you turn the key to your new timber home. Alongside your client representative, is one of our in-house designers. This talented timber frame design specialist works with you creating the home floor plan that brings your dream to life. The final member of your team is your own dedicated project manager. This is the professional making sure your construction runs smoothly and on time.

Your team members tirelessly work, carrying out the THS process in a collaborative manner. These experienced professionals maintain constant communication, quickly forming a cohesive understanding of the unique elements of your home.

Your Goal

Because of this consistent, collegial interaction, each team member also has a solid understanding of each others’ responsibilities. Instead of striving for separate goals within their different disciplines, these professionals fulfill their jobs with a holistic picture of your home always in-mind. For example, when your designer is creating your conceptual drawings, he or she isn’t only thinking about designing an architecturally stunning home; the designer is also contemplating site location issues and timelines– and communicating about the same. Subsequently, your project manager becomes aware of all issues in advance, and can plan accordingly.
