Whichever construction solution you select, your Riverbend team will include a dedicated project manager to coordinate the entire process from conceptual design through construction. You will meet your project manager during the initial design meeting, and he will be there to help you every step of the way. All of our project managers are in-house employees dedicated to making sure your home building journey is as smooth and easy as possible.

A Seamless Approach

Building a custom timber frame home requires the coordination of many variables from the time you start design until the day you turn the key and enter your new home. As part of our Total Home Solution™, your Riverbend project manager will take over as your primary point of contact once the design process is complete. They will coordinate your timber home project starting with the fabrication of your timber frame providing a seamless transition from design and manufacturing to installation and finished construction depending on the construction solution you select.

Timeline Management

Your project manager will be introduced to you during your initial design meeting. Your project manager will be present at each stage of the design, fabrication, and construction process, ensuring that entire timeline is managed.

Project Manager Responsibilities

• Coordinate the schedule of timber and SIP production to match the scheduled ship date
• Work to achieve Just-in-Time delivery of product once the foundation is complete
• Depending upon the construction solution you select, coordinate with your builder, evaluate general contractor bids, or manage your Design Build project
• Assist you in the selection and purchase of various materials for your home
