Sign your design agreement by August 31, 2019, and we will credit the design fee to your final materials package payment.*
*The signed Design Development Agreement (DDA) and initial fee deposit must be received by Riverbend Timber Framing between August 14, 2019, and midnight MDT on August 31, 2019.
The first Design Meeting must take place within 60 days of signing the DDA.
You must sign the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and provide the 40% deposit within six months of signing the Materials Package Contract and take delivery within one year of signing the Materials Package Contract.
The DDA credit will be applied to the final payment as stated in the Material’s Package Contract.
