Here at Riverbend, we strive to be ever-present and actively available for potential and current clients. But, how do we do this when clients can be located anywhere from 5 to 5,000 miles away? There is a great value in relationships when it comes to investing in your dream home and that’s why we have many ways in which we create strong relationships with you before you decide to build, during your project, and after it is completed. Here are a few ways that we develop these relationships though we might not be physically present your neighborhood.
Your first point of contact will be through your area’s specific client representative. When our client representatives are not regularly travelling to areas near you, they are attending the occasional tradeshow or having seminars and meetings with interested parties in a more intimate setting. We are constantly sending out emails and updating our events calendar with new opportunities all over the country for you to get that in-person interaction with a knowledgeable representative who knows and understands the unique nature of building in your area, before you commit to enter the design phase.
Once you have made the decision to begin developing your timber home’s design, your representative and/or your project’s designer will come visit your site and walk the land with you. You are also welcomed to travel to one of our regional offices to meet with us or tour our facilities. We understand how important personal contact is, so it shouldn’t come as a surprise if one of your team members gets in the car and drives or hops on a plane to come meet you. Beyond these in-person opportunities, we conduct frequent online web meetings with your entire project team and utilize video meetings with Skype® whenever needed. Our in-house M.T.N Design team have worked well designing a client’s home that is 30 minutes away as well as working with clients who live in Australia, England, and the Mediterranean.
Throughout Your Project
Once your home’s construction is fully underway, your project manager will take over caring for your project’s needs and timelines. Project Managers stay in contact through weekly emails and phone calls, as well as online meetings.
