Riverbend will not only provide the timber frame structure, we will also act as your architect and prepare your home for construction. Design
A professional timber home design is one of the most important aspects of our Total Home Solution™. This is why we hire and train degreed architects who work directly with clients to achieve the design that works best for their unique style, location and budget. Production / Manufacturing
Once our talented designers have created the layout and structural design of the timber frame, those detailed drawings are sent to the shop where the wood and SIPs will be cut exactly to plan. A seamless handoff from design concept to construction drawings and actual production ensures quality and saves time.
Project Management
Managing your timeline is the job of your project manager (PM). He will schedule the production and shipping of your product. To maintain timelines and a smooth building schedule, your PM will coordinate directly with your builder. Managing your project as it moves from production into construction maintains a higher level of consistency for the product and faster build times overall. |
