Project Management

Building a custom timber frame home requires coordination of many variables from the time you start a design until you turn the key and enter the door. At Riverbend we understand that for our clients, project management is a very valuable service. Our experienced team will manage your timber home project schedule and act as your point of contact for questions and concerns.

Timeline Management

Your project manager will first be introduced to you and your project during your initial design meeting. Although they may not have a large role to play early on, knowledge of your overall project and property will become important later on. There are many things that must be done between the time you approve your design and when construction can begin. As an important member of your Riverbend team, your project manager will oversee each stage of your timeline.

Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Ensure building permit is secure (if required)
  • Coordinate the schedule of timber and SIP production to match desired ship date
  • Work with the builder to achieve Just-in-Time delivery of product once foundation is complete (reducing construction days)
  • Be a direct contact to the builder for questions and technical assistance
