With Total Home Solution® we treat your custom timber frame home project as a whole. We are with you from design through construction, however we understand that one construction solution is not right for everyone. Riverbend offers three levels of service so you can choose which works best for you.

Use Your Own Builder

You may already be working with a builder or choose to find a builder on your own. Once our crews finish the installation of the timber and SIP envelope your project manager will be available for questions from the builder. Our construction drawings are the most detailed in the industry and allow your chosen builder to complete your project more efficiently and with less interpretation - saving you time and money.

Builder Bid Administration

If you prefer to work with a local builder to finish your home but need assistance finding a qualified company, you can choose to use our Builder Bid Administration service. Our team has the tools and knowledge to find and evaluate qualified contractors in your area based on reputation, pricing methods and availability as it relates to your timeline. We will give you our evaluations of these builders and then you choose what works best for you.

Design - Build

The most complete service we provide, Design Build, is for clients who want a single point of contact and accountability for their entire timber home project. If you choose Riverbend to Design Build your home we will act as the GC managing all aspects of your project including aggressive cost controls for subs and state-of-the-art timeline management techniques.
