Services we offer
While we realize that each Riverbend homeowner has unique services required for his or her project, we have compiled a summary of services that are typical.

The Riverbend Package typically includes:
Designers work with CAD to provide the most accurate drawings for a customer's new home

Custom design service . . .which includes modifications to many of our Riverbend Home Plans, including working drawings to guide financing, building authority approvals and construction.

Even with high end machines working on the timbers hand detailing is still also done in the shop to ensure the fit it perfect
Shop Fitting . . . is part of our quality control process. It reduces site costs and improves how the joinery fits. The frame is fully cut, pre-fit and finished in our shop, and arrives on site ready to secure with hardwood pegs.
Panels are applied to the frame to complete the enclosure of the home
Insulspan panels that form the roof and exterior walls . . . are pre-cut in our shop to the size and shape of the structure, and include rough openings for windows and doors. Pre-cut panels can vastly reduce site-time, site labor and site waste, and also minimize the chance of weather-related delays.
An on-site advisor is available because timber frames have unique construction needs

On-Site Advisor . . .a highly trained and experienced Riverbend representaive will be available for the erection of the frame and panel installation. The advisor will guide you or your contractor to a safe, efficient, high-quality installation.

Riverbend also offers Options to the Basic Package.
