A key part of the Riverbend process is the Residential Cost Model (RCM). This program helps you see the larger scope of your project at the beginning, eliminating unexpected surprises along the way. It is a WholeHouse approach to your dream home. The RCM is a budgeting tool that will simulate the cost of your home, with proprietary software that is exclusive to Riverbend.

The RCM performs three main functions:

• Allows you to create a construction budget before the house is substantially designed
• Gives you an unparalleled ability to budget your house at the conceptual design stage

What determines cost?
There are some specific elements of a home that determine the cost of the project. Some of these elements are
