Riverbend Introduces Latest Design Concept, Reminiscent of Classic Timber Frame Barns

Riverbend Timber Framing and its talented design team, introduce their newest custom timber home design. The Lancaster is a barn-style concept that fuses timber, stone and shingle elements together to create a distinct style and charm. This concept features a secluded master suite, plenty of outdoor living space and recreational rooms for all ages.

Natural lighting from clerestory windows and rich, truss work accent the different material elements throughout this home concept. An inward facing 2-car garage creates an air of privacy for the home while the overall layout keeps it connected to the surrounding land. The open space of the interior connects the main rooms together while leaving room for additional privacy in the master suite.

At 4,248 livable square feet, the Lancaster features sprawling communal rooms as well as rooms specified for certain activities, including the office, game loft and library. The master bedroom is separated from the rest of the house by a guest bathroom and office while the upstairs loft offers multiple views of the home’s interior design.
