After working directly with Riverbend's design team and utilizing our proven building system, the Lefebvres have a beautiful 6,000sq.ft. home that looks just as they envisioned, with a winter heating bill of less than $200 a month.
That's quite an accomplishment considering the size of their home and their location in the cold environment of Calgary, Alberta Canada. In fact their Riverbend timber frame home recently achieved an EnerGuide energy efficiency rating of 86, where 90 equals a zero-energy house.
