We initially became interested in a timber frame style home after a friend of ours mentioned the process. We began looking at magazines, and soon became interested in a home ourselves. The design flexibility as well as the beauty and the rawness of the wood played a large part in our decision to build a timber frame home.

When we began to research timber framing companies, we were looking for one that gave us confidence in our home as well as competitive pricing. In the long term a company that did the whole package was very important. It was nice to have all the services under one roof as with Riverbend.

One of the biggest reasons we chose Riverbend Timber Framing for our project is largely attributed to our rep Brent Cooper. Brent was very timely and accurate when returning our calls and emails. He instilled a confidence that his timber company would be able to delivery what was promised, and they did!

Another very large aspect that was appealing to us was the fact that Riverbend designed and integrated ICFs and SIPs into our home, making it a whole package, not to mention energy efficient. With all of this, we were surprised to find that Riverbend was cost competitive when we researched other companies.

Riverbend really helped bring our dream home to life by being so willing to work with us to try to get our thoughts on paper and hopefully have them come to fruition. They were happy to work with us and create exactly what we wanted.

When we look back over our experience with Riverbend, the thing that stands out most in our minds in the service from our rep. Everyone was honest, accurate, timely, and very easy to deal with. That’s just one of the reason we would recommend Riverbend to others.

Our timber frame home is absolutely beautiful. We are very happy with the way the home looks and feels. We most certainly would recommend Riverbend Timber Framing to others.
