WHY?

We try to add new design concepts as often as possible to give people more ideas and inspiration. As we add new plans, we sometimes "retire" concepts to make room.

CAN I STILL USE THE PLAN?

Absolutely! Even though it is no longer online, we can still design a home based on the plan. As with any of our homes, each is a custom design, even if it is based on an existing plan.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CUSTOM DESIGN AND JUST SELECTING A PLAN?

With custom design from our in-house firm, M.T.N Architects, we modify all plans to fit your unique style, location and budget. Any aspect of any plan can be altered a little or a lot to meet your needs.
