Design Pathways
You may already have an idea of what your finished timber home will look like, but before you can start to make that dream a reality, you need a plan. There are two paths toward creating the layout, look and character of your custom timber home design. Your design can come from an outside architect you are already collaborating with or from working with Riverbend's award-winning firm of in-house designers- M.T.N Architects.
Choosing M.T.N Architects
With over 30 years of experience designing and producing timber frame homes, Riverbend's architectural team, M.T.N Architects, is comprised of talented, degreed architects who work one-on-one with you to create a timber frame home that matches your style, layout needs and budget. Working with your Architect
Often the dream for a client's timber home starts before they contact Riverbend, and sometimes even before timber framing is added to the concept. Once you have a design from your architect, Riverbend Timber Frame Design will work directly with them to create the final construction drawings, including the design of the timber frame structure.
Riverbend has a history of working with outside architects to create some spectacular homes for our clients. Using their original timber home design, we integrate the timber framing to match their concept of your home, making minor alterations as needed.
For Architects
If you are an architect who has a client interested in building a timber home, please contact us to learn how we can work together to create a signature home. We can also offer services beyond the production of the timber framing, thus providing your client with extended value beyond your professional design.
